Can I cancel my order?

Please try to reach us ASAP by eMailing Us or by Calling us at 403-764-4590, we might be able to cancel the order. You can also login to your account and look for the link "Help Desk", here you can create a ticket and we will process it accordingly. Please note that we cannot cancel your order, if the shipment has not been picked up by the courier.
