Caring for Your Personalized Items

To ensure the longevity and quality of your personalized items, please handle them with care and follow these guidelines:

1. Avoid Touching the Personalization
   The personalization on your item is done freehand using paint or permanent pens. Direct contact with your hands, especially if they have been exposed to chemicals from lotions, sanitizers, or other substances, can damage the writing.

2. Proper Storage
   Always store your item in the provided storage bag to protect it from scratches and environmental damage. Keep the item in a normal, room-temperature environment, and avoid exposing it to any chemicals, as this could harm both the surface and the personalization.

3. If Issues Arise

   • If you notice any issues with the writing upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately.
   • Our warranty for the writing is valid for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, any smudging or damage to the personalization can still be fixed by us; however, you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item to us.

By following these care instructions, you can keep your personalized item in pristine condition for years to come.

• Please note that the ornaments are not toys and should not be used for play.

• All postage and costs associated with exchanges and/or returns are the sole responsibility of the customer—no exceptions.

• Santa And Me® will not accept returns or provide compensation for orders that fail to arrive by a specific date requested by the customer, including during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday seasons.
